Show Desktop with System Tray Icon

Windows 7 and Windows 8 have a small rectangular button at the bottom right corner of the taskbar which when clicked displays the desktop. The same button when clicked one more time restores the application windows hidden by the Show Desktop Command. Yes Microsoft thought of it a little late but yes indeed it is a useful small button. Let’s say you are running multiple applications and want to find out something on your desktop, prior to Windows 7 you would have to rely on quick launch buttons or some shortcut key combination to display your desktop.
